Owner: Lorna
Braun
Lorna started in the gift basket business in 1999 after a long career
in the banking industry. Lorna started the business at home, and grew.
By 2003 she unveiled the ‘Artistic Design’ brand name and logo with
help from
Bradbury Branding & Design Inc. Over the years Lorna has developed
relationships with many repeat customers as business continues to
grow. In 2004 the Saskatoon presence was started and Lorna enjoys
considerable business there too.
Community involvement is important to
Lorna. She is involved with a host of organizations, including
Tourism, Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan, and many others (note
the list and links on the
home page).
Artistic Design Gift Baskets is a
member of the Better Business Bureau and adheres to its policies and
to its Standards of Membership and conducts business within the
letter and spirit of the Saskatchewan BBB Standards of Advertising
and Selling. Customers
are invited to check Artistic Design’s reputation with the BBB. Should
a customer or their recipient be disappointed in any way, please let

Alcohol & Wine
We do package wine, beer and liquor as part of our baskets when
requested by customers. This is by special arrangement. We accept
spirits and wine from our customers and include it in their basket as
a service. Artistic Design Gift Baskets is not a Saskatchewan licensed
liquor vendor. It is not Artistic Design’s intent to act as a liquor
vendor or profit from alcohol sales as if we were trading in liquor.
Wine and spirits are packaged as a convenience to our valued
customers.
About Children
Artistic Design Gift
Baskets does not target children nor do we expect to attract children
to our site. Because we are not a children's site, we do offer some
products that are adult in nature. Because of this, we insist that
children seek the consent and participation of their parent(s) or
legal guardian. Artistic Design will not knowingly accept adult
merchandise orders from minors.
