Can I buy a
custom gift basket?
YES! We live to make your gift as personalized as possible. Often,
clients phone us with specific wishes. We always do our best. Custom
ingredients, custom colours, and hand delivery make Artistic Design

Can I send a gift
card with a personalized message in my gift baskets?
Yes! Consider what you would like your greeting to say when you call
to order. Your basket will arrive with your personalized gift card,
hand written.

What if some of the things I ordered in the basket are unavailable?
If an item for a gift basket runs out of stock we will replace that
item with one similar of equal or greater value at no extra charge.

What are the hours of operation?
Hours are Monday - Saturday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. CST (UTC -6) year
‘round. (Give us a try on Sundays, were usually hanging around!)

What forms of payment can I use?
Artistic Design accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, money
orders, cashier checks and personal cheques. Some businesses establish
accounts with us.

What about sales taxes?
All baskets shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to GST (6%),
and some shipped within Saskatchewan attract the PST (5%), if they
contain non-food items.

Can I Order a Basket Online?
Yes, just order by e-mail. We decided not to have an online order form as
such, because our products are custom and individual and in today's
impersonal world we think talking to an actual human is a better

May I send
Alcohol or Wine in a Basket?
We do package wine, beer and liquor as part of our baskets when
requested by customers. This is by special arrangement. We accept
spirits and wine from our customers and include it in their basket as
a service. Artistic Design Gift Baskets is not a Saskatchewan licensed
liquor vendor. It is not Artistic Design’s intent to act as a liquor
vendor or profit from alcohol sales as if we were trading in liquor.
Wine and spirits are packaged as a convenience to our valued
customers.

What if I want
to return something?
Our products are top quality merchandise, but we understand that
sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether
in a physical store or online. In the unlikely event that you or your
recipient are not satisfied, or a product arrives damaged, notify us
as soon as possible. See our
Guarantee
page.
Although every
effort is made to secure products before shipping, on rare occasions
damage can occur from particularly rough handling during shipment.
Even if damage is the cause of the carrier, Artistic Design
Gift Baskets will replace items or refund the purchase price at the
option of our customer. We may request items be returned to us. It is
our intent to have 100% satisfied customers 100% of the time.

When
should I expect delivery? At Artistic Design we pride ourselves on our customer
service. Orders in by noon can usually ship dame day. We aim to ship
all orders same day or next day, unless otherwise requested. During
peak times, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day,
Thanksgiving, and Christmas, and with unusually large orders at any
time, as much notice as possible helps us delight your recipient.
Shipping outside
Saskatchewan, standard UPS or Fedex Ground shipping times apply,
which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS
or Fedex at the time, is from three to seven business days.

Can I order a
basket today and have it shipped at some future time?
Yes you can. When ordering your basket just specify the date
you would like it to arrive and we will hold your
order for shipment so it arrives on that date. This makes gift giving easier, you can order
your gift when you have the time and still have it delivered when
you like.

When I place an
order, how will my baskets be shipped?
Baskets in Saskatchewan are hand delivered either by our staff, or our
long time committed courier partner. Products are kept fresh, and no
person is permitted to smoke in the presence of one of our baskets.

Where can
baskets be shipped?
We offer shipping to Saskatchewan, Canada and worldwide. Gifts
shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Caribbean countries do have higher
shipping rates. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you
with pricing for all regions. At this time we cannot ship to P.O.
Boxes, APO and FPO military addresses.

Does someone
need to be home to accept the shipped order?
Yes. Often baskets contain perishables that don’t endure well in
weather extremes. We can leave baskets with neighbours when
pre-arranged. We also ask for the recipient’s phone number to arrange
delivery with them. For shipments outside Saskatchewan, UPS and FedEx
require that someone be available to accept and sign for delivery of
the package.

Can chocolate
and fruit gifts be shipped in warm summer or cold winter months?
Yes, on orders that we hand deliver, or entrust to our local courier
partner. We don’t recommend chocolate and fruit in orders shipped out
of Province during seasonal extremes.

Can I change
the shipping address on my order?
If your order has not left our store we will be happy to assist you
with changing and/or adding any information to the shipping address.
Please call us immediately. However, if your gift has already been
picked up by the parcel delivery company or UPS or Fedex, we can do
our best at the time to re-direct your package, however we cannot
assure that it will happen.
