Shipping Info

At Artistic Design we pride ourselves on our customer service. Orders in by noon can usually ship dame day. We aim to ship all orders same day or next day, unless otherwise requested. During peak times, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, and with unusually large orders at any time, as much notice as possible helps us delight your recipient. 

Local Delivery in Regina and Saskatoon
Baskets are hand delivered to both residential and business addresses. The cost is nominal (usually $7-$9CAD). We aim to ship all orders same day or next day, unless otherwise requested. 

Baskets in Regina, Saskatoon or anywhere else in Saskatchewan are hand delivered either by our staff, or our long time committed courier partner. Products are kept fresh, and no person is permitted to smoke in the presence of your basket. 

Often baskets which contain perishables that don’t endure well in weather extremes. We can leave baskets with neighbours when pre-arranged and don’t recommend leaving baskets when no one is home to accept. When you order, we ask for the recipient’s phone number to arrange delivery with them. 

Shipping addresses can be changed so long as your order has not left our store. Please call us immediately. However, if your gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company we can do our best at the time to re-direct your package, however we cannot assure that it will happen. 

Although every effort was made to secure your product before shipping, on rare occasions damage can occur from particularly rough handling during shipment. Even if damage is the cause of the carrier, Artistic Design Gift Baskets will replace items or refund the purchase price at the option of our customer. We may request items be returned to us. It is our intent to have 100% satisfied customers 100% of the time. 

A note about failed delivery attempts. If, after we make every effort to contact residential recipients and arrange delivery, as our delivery courier charges additional fees, extra delivery charges will apply on both in town (Regina and Saskatoon) and out-of-town shipments after we make one genuine attempt at delivery including attempting to reach the recipient by phone or e-mail and one physical attempt to deliver. To aid in the delivery, please try to assure yourself of the accuracy of the recipient's telephone number and physical address before you place your order.

Shipments Outside of Saskatchewan
We are a member of the world’s largest Gift Basket Network, and can arrange for your order to be prepared in the destination locale by a local vendor. Please call us for details. 

We offer proper packaging and shipping to the rest of Canada, and worldwide.  Gifts shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Caribbean countries do have premium shipping rates.  Please call us and we will be happy to assist you with pricing for all regions.  At this time we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO military addresses.  

For shipments outside Saskatchewan, UPS and FedEx require two things: that the destination be an actual physical street address (box numbers and the like won’t do), and that someone be available to accept and sign for delivery of the package.  

We don’t recommend chocolate, perishable items, and fruit in orders shipped out of Province during seasonal extremes.
